Due to high demand, orders made during the Black Friday period may be subject to delivery delays of up to 3 weeks. Please check your inbox for order tracking updates.
Please note all sales purchased during the Black Friday period are final and not subject to a refund or exchange.
- WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated notification from our system providing you with a tracking number, this will be sent to the email you provided at checkout.
If you are unable to locate your tracking information contact us and we'll help you resolve it.

- MY ITEM SAYS PRE-ORDER, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
PLEASE NOTE ALL PRE-ORDERS CAN TAKE UP TO 2-6 WEEKS TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED.
Items available on pre-order are made to order so please be patient whilst we work to get your order ready for dispatch within the timeframe outlined above.
On occasion pre-order items may be dispatched separately within the agreed timeframe.
Please be aware if you place an order containing pre-order items and ready to ship items these will be dispatched together when the pre-order item does become available.

- WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY ORDER?
In the event that you miss your delivery or are unable to sign for it. You will be left a notification an attempt was made to deliver your item(s) but was unsuccessful, followed by instructions on what to do next.
A failed delivery attempt means your package will be sent back to the courier for a period of time. This is a period of up to 18 days for UK residents ONLY. International package holding time may vary. If during this time the item is unclaimed from your local post office, the package will be returned to WMNS WEAR.
- WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once we have received your returned item we will notify you by email that we have your item along with the reason for no delivery as stated by the courier.
If you wish to still receive your item you will be required to repay the delivery cost.
Please note: WMNS WEAR is not responsible for item(s) not being delivered as all packages require a signature before it can be successfully delivered.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE: Please be aware that due to this current worldwide situation, the delivery time of your order may take slightly longer than usual. We’re working closely with our delivery partners to prioritise safe delivery as best we can. We advise our customers to check their tracking information or contact our Customer Care Team if you need further help regarding your order.
CARE
We recommend hand washing all your clothing, to preserve the longevity of your items.
We advise all clothes is washed with lukewarm soapy water. Garments can be left to soak for half an hour.
Clothing can be damaged when washed in the washing machine as colours can be altered if not washed with other similar coloured garments.
Do not tumble dry any clothing as the temperature can change the shape of elastic/ fabrics.
