Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement.
UK: 1-2 working days.
USA/Europe/International: 2-4 working days.

Orders placed after 3:30 PM Friday-Sunday are processed on Monday (excl. bank holidays).

Shipping Rates

UK:
- Standard DPD: £6.00
- Saturday Delivery: £10.00
International: DHL Express: £20.00 (available to select countries; contact us for details).

For customers in the USA please note below:

From August 29, 2025, the United States has changed its import rules. All international orders shipping to the US may now be charged customs duties and taxes, no matter the order value.

This means that if you’re based in the US and placing an order from us, your package could have extra fees set by US Customs when it arrives. These charges are separate from our prices and shipping costs.

We recommend checking with US Customs or your local office so you know what to expect before ordering.

Black Friday Orders

Orders during Black Friday may face up to 3 weeks delay.
All Black Friday sales are final—no refunds or exchanges.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking details are sent via email upon dispatch.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items take 2-6 weeks to process and ship.
Orders with pre-order and ready-to-ship items will be dispatched together.

Missed Deliveries

Missed delivery notifications include instructions for rescheduling.
Unclaimed packages (up to 18 days for UK) are returned to WMNS WEAR.
Reshipping requires repayment of delivery fees.

Care Instructions

Hand wash in lukewarm, soapy water to extend garment longevity.
Soak for 30 minutes; avoid washing machines to prevent color transfer and fabric damage.
Do not tumble dry to maintain the shape and integrity of elastic and fabrics.
