All orders placed on 8/03/24 and onwards are eligible for return or exchange.

Means of refund and exchange include:

  • Refund to original payment method
  • Replace with the same item

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying shopping experience for our customers, including our returns process. 

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Items should be free of makeup, hair, residue, washing fabric scents, perfume etc.
  • Any damages, including those caused during try-on or alterations, will affect the eligibility for return.

  

 

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of shipping via our returns portal. Within your package you will find a QR code which you will need to scan to gain access to the portal. Alternatively, you can access the returns portal via this link. 

 

  • Please include the # (hashtag) in front of your order number to gain access to the portal/ and use the email address associated with the order.

 

  • Please use this label to return your package. No other means of returns outside of these instructions will be accepted.

 

  • You must include the original order invoice and 'return and exchange form' in your return package to ensure smooth identification and processing.

 

  • Ensuring your return reaches us will remain the responsibility of the customer, any issues with the courier will require the customer to contact them directly and cannot be resolved on your behalf by us.

We aim to process all refunds and store credits within 14 working days of receipt back to our warehouse. Please be aware this time may be longer during busier periods.

Processing times for exchanges/replacements are the same as returns for refund or store credit. 

 

Please note all store credit vouchers are valid for 365 days (1 year) from the date it is given.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS/ CANCELATIONS

Orders can be cancelled/ adjusted via email by notifying customercare@wmnswear.com. Please include your order no. and full name and your request. We can only accept cancellation/adjustment requests made within the first hour after the order was placed.

Please be aware that all cancellation/adjustmemts requests are also subject to how far along in the shipment process an order is. On occasion we may not be able to honour your request if it has already been passed on to our shipment team. 

 

EXCHANGES

You can replace your item for the same product in a different size. Please email customercare@wmnswear.com for this request. Please note, an additional shipping fee will be charged to send the exchanged item to you. Once the invoice for this fee has been paid and the return items are received by us, the exchange item will be dispatched. All other return instructions remain unchanged. Please note that only one exchange is permitted per order

 

PRE ORDER/MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

These products are made-to-order typically require 3-6 weeks for production. Once orders are placed, modifications or cancellations to items/sizes cannot be accommodated. Due to the custom nature of these items, refunds are not available; however, store credit can be provided.  

 

FAULTY ITEMS

We can only accept the return of a faulty item as long as it is in its original state of packaging, including tags and quality ribbon.

 

 

SALE ITEMS

We are unable to offer refunds on sale items, all items purchased during a sale period are final and cannot be refunded.

Please be aware ALL ORDERS purchased at our physical pop ups, sample sale items and on Black Friday and cyber weekend (including cyber Monday) are FINAL.

 

 

REJECTED & REFUSED DELIVERIES

In the event that packages are refused and returned to us for any reason, such as unpaid taxes or failed delivery attempts, please note that a return shipping fee will be applicable. This fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit upon processing

 

 

REFUSAL

PLEASE BE AWARE ALL ITEMS WILL BE INSPECTED UPON RETURN. WMNS WEAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS OR DEDUCT NECESSARY VALUES FOR CLEANING, REPAIR, AND RESTOCKING FROM REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS IF ITEMS DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE CONDITIONS.

ANY RETURNS THAT ARE RECEIVED WITHOUT FOLLOWING THE OUTLINED INSTRUCTIONS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE REJECTED.

ANY RETURNS THAT ARE REJECTED WILLL BE RETURNED BACK TO YOU.

WMNS WEAR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT RETURNS BELIEVED TO BE MADE MALICIOUSLY, FRAUDULENTLY, OR WITH THE INTENTION TO CAUSE LOSS, DAMAGES, OR INFRINGEMENT OF COPYRIGHTS TO OUR BRAND.

CONTINUOUS RETURNS WITHOUT VALID REASONS MAY RESULT IN REFUSAL OF FUTURE RETURNS.

EVIDENCE OF WARDROBING MAY RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION.
