EXCHANGE POLICY

WMNS WEAR offer an exchange only policy on our items.

By purchasing from our website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

 

We are aware that items can fit differently and urge customers to review our size chart and item description prior to purchasing. The customer care team is always willing to help customers in selecting their size, contact customercare@wmnswear.com if you are still unsure.

WMNS WEAR garments can be exchanged if a customer experiences a sizing issue. 

 

To make an exchange request contact customercare@wmnswear.com within 7 days, if you live in the UK and 10 days, for international customers from the date you receive your goods. The subject Exchange Request and include your order number.

 

Within the email please include the following:

  • Your full name 
  • The item name you wish to exchange
  • The size you originally bought
  • The size you wish to exchange
  • A brief detailed description of the issue you've experienced.

 

Once our customer care team has received all of this information, we will get back to you with a returns address. We urge customers to NOT return items to the address label on the back of packaging as this address is prohibited for returns and will delay the exchange process.

 

You must return the item(s) back to us within 7 days (UK) and 14 days (International) of receiving the returns address from our customer care team.

WMNS WEAR do not cover the shipping fees for returned items, this is the responsibility of the customer. We urge customers returning their items back to us to use a valid and insured postal service, as well as keeping their proof of postage. 

 

We are not responsible for any item(s) unsuccessfully returned back to our office; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the returns delivery is successful. In the event of an unsuccessful item return we will not be liable to offer an exchange on the item(s).

 

Please be aware all items will be inspected upon return. Items must be undamaged and in its original state of packaging, including tags and quality ribbon. WMNS WEAR reserve the right to refuse an exchange on items not returned in the required state.

 

Once your returned item has been received, allow a following 10-14 days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out to you. Please note exchange requests are subject to size availability. In the case where your requested size is out of stock, an electronic store credit will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

WMNS WEAR aim to produce high quality products and we endeavour to achieve this through our thorough quality control process. In the event that you receive your item damaged/ faulty please send an email including photographic evidence to customercare@wmnswear.com with you order number and full name.

We can only accept the return of a faulty item as long as it is in its original state of packaging, including tags and quality ribbon.

Items will be inspected upon return. We were reserve the right to refuse any faulty items after inspection.

 

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS/ CANCELATIONS

Orders can be cancelled via email by notifying customercare@wmnswear.com. Please include your order no. and full name in your cancellation request. We can only accept cancellation requests made within the first two hours after the order was placed.

Due to our vast shipping process we are unable to modify sizes and colours of items once an order has been placed.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS

We are unable to offer refunds on sale items, all items purchased during a sale period are final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are allowed for faulty items and subject to size availability, please note an exchange will only be granted on a sale item if the quality control ribbon is still attached to the item without any tampering.
